When you have been training for years and do not see any changes on yourself there's got to be some reason! The answer is simple but complex.
let's see some of the most common reason
1. From the physical point of view because you are not eating, sleeping and training effectively.
2. From the mental perspective because you are not training consciously. You are doing (mimicking) the movements but you are not focusing on what you are doing and do not know where to focus and how. Probably you haven't been taught.
3. From the emotional standpoint because you are full of expectations, judgement, enviness even and having a belief that you supposed to be somewhere else rather than where you are in your developement process.
And with this perspective you become your own obstacle and slowing down the process!
To give a little twist here
Everything is changing every moment, so you are not the same person as the one who has started to read this sentence a moment ago. But the change you have made in yourself is not significant so you will not notice the change on yourself. Change is the only constant in creation.
what else?
Start to wrap your mind around the concepts what I am sharing, read it over and over again, slowly. It's not a 1-2-3 min read as the blog suggests... You need to get it and use it to your advantage.
