The Physical aspect of obesity (p3)

This is the least of the reasons behind obesity in my opinion...



possible reasons are for example


1. There is way more food on our plate than our body needs. I'd say sometimes 20-50% more.

2. We do not pay 100% attention to the actual, physical eating. We are on the phone, watching TV, talking, writing emails, driving, surfing online and often we do not even sit down while we eat.

3. We eat very fast.

4. We do not chew our food properly. This comes from point 2&3 mostly.

5. We eat ultra-processed food many times or food which is full of chemicals, hormones, antibiotics and biologically/genetically engineered.

6. We eat fruit and veggies very little so there is not enough fiber in our meals.

7. We eat all day long more less between 7am and 11pm.



Few of the points above are the results of the mental and emotional challenges what the individual carries. I was talking about these aspects in my previous posts.



what else?


Start to wrap your mind around the concepts what I am sharing, read it over and over again, slowly. It's not a 1-2-3 min read as the blog suggests... You need to get it and use it to your advantage.
