This number might be a little different from the one you wish to see on the scale.
In my current understanding the human body, YOUR body is 100% capable to reach its optimal weight automaticaly and it does NOT require (!) any effort(!), application, gadget, magic pills or supplements. It does require new routines in your day-to-day life, INCLUDING new way of thinking.
If you think that you have to take any effort(!!) to get your optimum bodyweight than you might have limiting beliefs and limiting definitions what needs to be worked on first!
I have not measured myself for more than 2 years. Simply because I cannot see the point to do it anymore and I feel balanced physicaly-emotionally-mentally. When you see the numbers on the scale what do you do? In most cases you start to stress yourself and feeling not good enough because you think the number is to low or to high. You start to hurt and punish yourself.
what to do?
Instead of measuring yourself or comparing yourself to others, you can direct your attention WITHIN and focus on how you FEEL yourself in your own skin. It only takes self-honesty to be able to do this.
We all have the opportunity to drop those heavy bags which do not belong to us...
what else?
Start to wrap your mind around the concepts what I am sharing, read it over and over again, slowly. It's not a 1-2-3 min read as the blog suggests... You need to get it and use it to your advantage.
