What I mean by a belief is that you accept something you have heard, lerned totally as they are facts without even questioning them.
let's see what are the most common beliefs!
-Legs are the heaviest to train and they grow very slow.
-You must eat tons of chicken and meat to be able to grow.
-Avoid cardio because you will lose your muscle and you’ll shrink!
-You must take supplements to achieve your goal.
-Pre-workout supplements are essentials for you to train like Ronnie did in his prime.
-You must drink protein shake in 30 min. after your workout otherwise your body will eat your muscle and you will start to shrink.
-You must eat every 3 hours.
WELL, if you believe any of these statements you are right and that is your way. I used to believe in some of those as well.
BUT these above statements are not facts. Non of them. It sounds like they’re but all of these are just beliefs so they can be changed. Once you do not accept them as facts, you’ll get a chance to find your unique way and develope your body much quicker and easier."

Start to wrap your mind around the concepts what I am sharing, read it over and over again, slowly. It's not a 1-2-3 min read as the blog suggests... You need to get it and use it to your advantage.
