If somebody tells you "that's impossible to do or to achive it" is just their opinion based on their experiences and beliefs. You choose to you align with it or not.
What's common in the followings?
1. In the early days, scientists and physiologists were convinced that if humans dove beyond 100 feet (30.5m), their lungs would collapse.
2. Humans cannot run the 100m in less than 10 sec.
3.Humans get hypothermia in icey water after 3-4 min.
4. From an article: Does holding your breath kill brain cells? For most people, it’s safe to hold your breath for a minute or two. Doing so for too much longer can decrease oxygen flow to the brain, causing fainting, seizures and brain damage.
5. You must wear proper clothes and use proper equipment for mountain climbing otherwise you may die.
the answer is
All of them used to be a point of view, thoughts, opinions, perspectives one day but presented as fact. Then someone showed up who didn’t accept the official, mainstream narrative.

On the pic above: This is my longest time between two breaths. What I did was a little practice, fun, zero effort and I had a calmed mind.
What is the conclusion?
Everything is a point of view and it is limited to a person in a sense. Do not accept it as fact when they say it is impossible, cannot be done, there’s no other way. Not even when it’s told by experts, scientists or anybody else. Especially when they tell you repetitively and loudly.
Questions
Can a human run the 100m in 7sec? Possibly can. Can any human hold his/her breath for 1 hr and survive? Possibly yes. How? First, the person must belive he/she can do it and to learn quiet the mind. Second, the person needs to follow his/her heart and the „how” will show up. They will be remembered!
What’s the point of these?
You can learn how to quiet your mind and direct your focus where you want it to. And the result of it could be, less worry, stress, anxiety and to learn how to be in present where your life is.
what else?
Start to wrap your mind around the concepts what I am sharing, read it over and over again, slowly. It's not a 1-2-3 min read as the blog suggests... You need to get it and use it to your advantage.
