Has the failure been built in the weight-loss programs/diet-challanges?

In my point of view FAILURE means in this case, when the participant can't keep his/her result –if there were any- finishing the program for a longer period of time.

Let's see a few reason behind the failure

1st YOUR definition(!) about the word „program”. A program has beginning and end. But you don't think about what are you going to do after the program. YOU think you'll be able to continue your life under those –many times drastic- circumstances what you’d in the program.

2nd YOUR emotions about the concept of weight-loss and dieting. For most people these words has the following meanings: suffering, difficulty, struggling, toughness, stress, obsticles, pain and so forth.

3rd YOU’re becoming dependent on a product and/or a program which means you’ll not be able to relax and need to stay alert 24/7 to keep your weight. How long can you continue to do this?

4th Because YOU want to change your physical body from the outside and not from the inside. Which means you don’t work on the underlying reasons which has led you to this point.

5th YOUR expectations about the dieting program. You focus on the program and not on yourself.

6th Because YOU are FIGHTING against FAT, CALORIES, SUGAR, SWEETS, CARBS and YOUR OWN BODY. Because you want to GET RID OF something what you HATE (those fats and kilos) from the bottom of your heart. With this point of view, misery and failure is almost guaranteed.

It’s OK, if you used to choose these ways before as you did not know any other.

BUT NOW you know it does NOT has to be like this! From this point forward, the choice is in YOUR hands!

what else?

Start to wrap your mind around the concepts what I am sharing, read it over and over again, slowly. It's not a 1-2-3 min read as the blog suggests... You need to get it and use it to your advantage.
