BODYBUILDING - STRONGMAN - CROSSFIT

These are 3 different type of sports and require 3 different types of training systems, exercises, eating regimes and mental approaches.




It's very common to see in public gyms all over the world that people are mixing all these training and eating methods together without even having the slightest clue that they mix it. Which is okay.



ask yourself the question: what do i want?! what's my goal?


The result of that mixing is a much slower development in their progress, it also leads to physical injuries quiet often and constant complaining not getting the required (??) physique or even giving up on training.



very common self-sabotaging techniques


Also when your mind is all over the place and you're looking around, thinking, talking, watching TV while doing any exercise, you are not being in the moment and not focusing 100% on the exercise itslef. So the effectiveness of the exercise will be drastically decreased and you are slowing down your own development process. Which is also fine.




How can you change that?

There are millions of options. What I can suggest is that do not try to learn it from youtube or from your firend who has no clue either just because s/he has been in the gym 3 more times than you have. It would be a great start to ask somebody who works there as a PT and buy a few session - to invest in your own development- just to learn at least how to use the machines.



what else?

Start to wrap your mind around the concepts what I am sharing, read it over and over again, slowly. It's not a 1-2-3 min read as the blog suggests... You need to get it and use it to your advantage.
