A FEW MENTAL REASON BEHIND OBESITY (p1)

Why do you have difficulties to lose weight?! The following point of view may sound unusual but give yourself a little more time to sink in. These are based on my 20 years of observation combined with 10 years of study. Again, it’s my current point of view what I successfully use with clients.




I’ve realised that those cannot lose weight or they sweat blood during their weight-loss program or to get into the yo-yo effect who has the following mental relation (!) with their meals and have the following beliefs about certain foods.


let's see what these beliefs are


-If you feel guilt after you’d your meal (I've eaten sg. but I'd haven't, I've been sooo weak and failed again).


-If you use (!) your meal to make you happy. When you feel bad and you use the food to make you happy.


-If you use your meal/food to punish yourself (you eat sg. what you hate because you’d eaten sg on the previous day what you think you shouldn’t) or to reward yourself (for any reason).


- If you are affraid of certain type of food but you’d love to eat it. (Nooooo, I'm not allowed to eat it…, I cannot eat it…)


"Please remember... YOUR feelings and thoughts will cause different reactions in your body. Yes, from this point of view, it does matter if your body will produce stress hormones -and the amount of them- during and after the meal. Your body will absorb the nutrients differently and the metabolism will be different."




YOU are in control for all the above thoughts and feelings and that’s the key to understand things on a deeper level.

Start to wrap your mind around the concepts what I am sharing, read it over and over again, slowly. It's not a 1-2-3 min read as the blog suggests... You need to get it and use it to your advantage.
